  • What is Differently Well?

    Differently Well is a virtual healthcare space offering affirming, judgment-free care—no insurance required. We’re in soft launch mode, starting with urgent care, quick refills, and messaging support. More is coming soon, but for now, we’re here when you’re sick, stressed, or just over the usual system.

  • Who do you serve?

    We welcome everyone—queer, trans, neurodivergent, disabled, and anyone tired of traditional care models that don’t listen. Our specialty is in caring for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, but we serve anyone looking for slow, thoughtful, inclusive healthcare.

  • What’s the difference between GROW and THRIVE?

    GROW is for individuals who want steady, low-stress care—1 visit per month, plus messaging support.
    THRIVE is a flexible family plan: care for 2 adults + up to 2 dependents (under 21), with GROW-level access for each person.

  • Can I just book one visit?

    Yes! We offer one-time visits. Perfect for people who want to test the vibe first or don’t need ongoing care.

  • Do you take insurance?

    No, we are a private-pay (cash-pay) practice. That means we do not bill insurance directly.
    We can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, but we can’t guarantee coverage or handle it on your behalf.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA/FSA cards if your provider allows.
    All payments are handled securely through our Jane App platform at the time of booking or service.

  • Are payment plans available?

    Yes! We offer flexible payment options for:

    - Mental health assessments

    - Gender-affirming documentation

    - Family plans or membership bundles

  • Do you write letters for gender-affirming care or accommodations?

    Absolutely! We offer support for gender-affirming care letters, school/work accommodations, disability paperwork, and more. Just let us know what you need.

  • What if I need help between visits?

    All membership plans include secure messaging. If you're not a member, you can purchase short check-ins or messaging access add-ons. We also offer quick refill visits and care coordination for urgent needs.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    Yes. You can cancel with 7 days notice before your next billing date.
    There are no contracts or long-term commitments—just care when you need it.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

  • What can I be seen for right now?

    Soft launch = urgent care only—for now.
    But that covers more than you might think:

    Illnesses, infections, or flare-ups

    Medication check-ins or adjustments

    Mental health needs

    Quick forms or follow-ups

    We’re here for the real-life stuff—even in a soft launch.

  • How fast will I hear back after messaging?

    All non-urgent messages get a response within 24 hours.
    If it’s a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the ER.

  • What if I’m not sure if I “qualify”?

    You do.
    You don’t need to prove anything to us. Just come as you are.

  • Why is your pricing higher than some clinics?

    Because you’re not just paying for a visit—you’re investing in safety, trust, and specialized care.
